All orders are processed within 1 to 7 working days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once we’ve received your order we will contact you to discuss payment options and delivery times and availability that best suited for you or collection.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Please be aware that, in accordance with Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to reconsider your purchase. Should you wish to do so, kindly inform us within 5 days of receiving your order, with the first day counted as the day after delivery. Please note that you are responsible for covering any return costs and ensuring the item's safe return. If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us via email at sales@craftstonetreasures.co.uk within 3 working days of receipt, including your order number and photos showing the condition of the item. Upon delivery, it’s important to thoroughly inspect the item before signing the delivery note. By signing, you confirm that the item has been received in good condition, and no claims for damage can be made afterward. Signing as "unchecked" or "not inspected" will not alter this agreement.

Do not feel pressured by the driver to sign the note without completing your inspection. The delivery driver will place the item as close as possible to your desired location, but please note that the vehicle cannot traverse soft ground, gravel, or steps. Additionally, the driver is not responsible for removing the item from the pallet or positioning it in your garden.
